Can my church grow?

YES!!! It is God’s will for your church to grow. “Of the increase of his government [kingdom]…there shall be no end.” (Isaiah 9:7) Your church does not have to be in decline or remain on a plateau but you can experience consistent and healthy growth.

How does a consultation help a church/pastor?

Many times, the person(s) closest to a situation may not be able to see issues that hinder growth. A consultation is valuable to a church and pastor because it brings experience and a fresh set of eyes to assess what is needed to propel positive change. Through evaluation and implementation, churches can find a path through barriers which have stifled growth. The strength in consulting is having a collaborator who can partner with a church by bringing skills and solutions to identify areas of improvement and develop a strategy for growth.

A demographic survey is conducted using Percept which provides a profile and analysis of the community surrounding the church as well as psycho-graphic interpretation. What type of people live in the area surrounding the church? What kind of programs are they looking for that ministers directly to their needs? This information gives a church ministry insight and allows evangelistic methods to be tailored to reach their community.
