Derald & Karen Weber

In 1996, Derald & Karen Weber planted the The Pentecostals of Lafayette in Lafayette, Louisiana where they still serve as the Senior Pastors. Since then, they have planted and/or revitalized three additional churches and are in the process of planting a 4th church. This experience has equipped the Webers with hands-on knowledge of church growth, from the initial steps of planting a church to maintaining a mature, healthy & growing church. After experiencing the benefit of engaging a church growth consultant to help their church break through growth barriers, Karen completed the requirements to become a certified church growth consultant. Since 2008, Derald has served as the Louisiana North American Missions Director.

Enlarge Church Growth Ministries was birthed out of a desire to equip the local church to reach as many souls as possible. We offer personalized church consulting to facilitate church growth and greater church health, thus growing the kingdom of God.

Our Mission

Our mission is to assist the local church thrive, remain healthy, and continually grow which leads to increasing the kingdom of God

This includes helping churches analyze, identify, and address areas that are hindering growth, providing tools, ideas, and resources that will address church plateaus or decline, and partnering with churches to overcome barriers thus reaching more people with the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Consulting generally consists of working with staff and/or lay teams in a series of facilitated conversations to identify areas of challenge and opportunity and then to build the personal and organizational structures, practices and disciplines that insure deep and lasting change.
